Who we are
About
A community built around one idea: lifting, running, or dancing can change a life, and everyone deserves the chance to find that out.
What we do
Wellness for everyone
Three ways we make fitness and health easier to reach.
Mental Health Access
Exploring mental health often comes with great privilege and access to resources. TWC is committed to making such concepts more accessible to those communities who truly need it the most!
Community Building
Join us for our work out classes and mental health seminars to find friends, and like community members to help empower your wellness endeavors!
Physical Wellness Classes
We understand that fitness is not accessible to all. Whether that be due to a lack of resources, or financial conditions we want to ensure you have the tools and accessibility to fitness and health empowerment!
